EPSON SCAN PROGRAM - WINDOWS 7

My EPSON scan program isn't operating normally. I minimized the scan-preview window & it won't allow me to maximize it back to preview. It shows up on the task bar when I hover the mouse over it, but I can't get it to separate and maximize again from the main window of the program.
