Every time i open my documents my computer crashes and reboots, I never encountered this problem with vista

Which version & edition of 7 is it? Have you applied ALL patches from Windows Updates since install? Was it a clean install or an upgrade? Have you applied OEM chipset drivers and other hardware drivers? Are there any hardware problem notifications in the Hardware Manager? What kind of computer is it?
