Disable explorer (i have image for explain)

You want to remove the explorer sidebar? I wasn't aware that there was a way to do this in Windows 7, but perhaps someone else will know. If you ran a tune-up utility and this suddenly happened then you should be able to run System Restore and roll back to the time before you ran the software.
