Desktop Icons Question

Ever since installing Window 7, some of the icons on the Desktop are really
small and embedded in a normal sized icon of a blank page, with the upper
right corner folded over. The Icon is in the center. Under XP (my previous
version) they were regular size, as are most of the rest of the desktop
icons.

Any ideas what might be causing that ...
