Deleting duplicate files

I have collected many fonts over the years.
now looking at them i see that many have xxx(1).ttf all the way to 10!
duplicates.
i have tried everything i can think of in windows explorer to just select those with a ( so i can delete them.)
*(*.ttf did not work.
any ideas?

Can you try searching for this and see if it works?
