When I go to Microsoft Word -there is a grid -like graph paper- how can I delete it? It has infected all the data typed on microsoft word Please help?

Grid Settings item is under Align in the Arrange group on the Drawing Tools | Format tab.
This brings up the familiar dialog in which you can turn "Snap to grid" and "Snap to objects" on and off, set the grid interval, etc.
Update: You can also access the Grid Settings dialog via Page Layout | Arrange | Align | Grid Settings.
Try this:
Click "View" and look over to the left where there is a small window - Ruler/Gridlines/Navigational Pane. It should not be, by default, but it looks like you could have the gridlines selected.
