Create a Bootable USB for Windows 7 Home Premium

Hi everyone, I own an HP 620 laptop that originally came with Windows 7 Home Premium. I've found a download link for the ISO file (link removed), but I'm not sure what steps to follow next to create a bootable USB stick.
