Control panel not showing everything

Had to reinstall WIN 7 ultra on the wife's box yesterday. When I go
to control panel there are only five items showing. How do I get the
whole panel. TIA

Are you referring to having only "Categories" and you want a list of all
items? Change the "View by" in the upper right.
