Confirm run box

I am running my news reader from a network drive. I have made a
shortcut on my desktop. Every time I click on it, I get a pop up box
asking if I am sure I want to run it.

How can I disable this?

Right-click the newsreader exe file and select 'Properties'.
On the General tab see if there is a button marked 'Unblock'.

Nope. It maybe because my version of Agent is so old.
