CMD Prompt when windows starts.

Hello I have a Problem when I start my computer it loads the windows screen then immediately goes to Administrator:x:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Windows\System32\cmd.exe screen, I can't get passed it. If I x out of it it restarts the computer and goes back to that screen. While I was installing win7 my power went out during install. I haven't found any help so far Can some one help.

Put the W7 DVD back in and boot up to it, then run a system repair. If that doesn't work, reinstall. Personally I would reinstall anyway.
