Change TaskBar color?

I can't be bothered with eye-candy, so I am using the "Windows Classic"
theme. I notice, however, that if I do select the Windows 7 theme, the
darker color of the TaskBar (+ LaunchPad) makes the icons much more visible.

Any way of getting the darker TaskBar with the Windows Classic theme?
