cant open .jpg

i have a web site and every person who has windows 7 cant download and open the pics says format not supported what gives?

I see the pictures. I'm guessing you mean the paid ones they are provided?

EDIT: I tried IE & Firefox and I see them both places.

i set you up sign in is xxxxxx password *&^*@ you can down load 5 pics sign in click on a pic and click on down load

After logging in and downloading an image, I then captured a screen shot with the photo showing in the browser window.

Have someone install an imaging program when they find they are having troubles.

This little application is a nice program. Paint.NET
