Can't delete or acess properties on a file

I don't know if this question has been asked before so I apologize in advance. I have a video file which opens on any media player but can't delete it or open properties on windows explorer? Please help.

Try installing and deleting it with Unlocker; if it cannot delete it directly then choose its' option to delete on reboot.
