Any help would be much appreciated.

I have tried:
- resetting IE ("Tools"->"Internet Options,"->"Advanced,"->"Reset," then restarted the computer).
- Also tried turning off the pop-up blocker, as well as
- adding the library's address to the list of sites allowed to use cookies ("Tools"->"Internet Options,"->"Privacy,"->"Sites," then type in the library's address -"Allow"-"OK"
Any help would be much appreciated.
