Cannot Make Labels

I cannot make labels on my Microsoft Word Starter 2012. When I click on the Label Tab, a message comes and reads, "There is a problem with the label information you are trying to use. You may be able to correct the problem by repairing Office or by reinstalling the label information."
I have tried the Repair option and it did not work. I never had this problem before. It arose all of a sudden. I cannot find information on how to reinstall the label information.
