Can Win 7 be configured to look like Win XP

I'm certain this question has been asked in the past but I missed it. I am now planning to buy a new pc with Win 7 Professional and from what I seen on my Win 7 Home Premium laptop, I would prefer the look of XP. Is there a way ( within Win7 or a 3rd party app) that would allow running 7 to look and appear like XP?

Somewhat but not completely. You can disable Aero and set the classic windows theme to make the start, window edges, and text look the same. The Windows Explorer application will look and work based on the new way, with no lines between folders of the same level and little triangular carots denoting closed or expanded folder.
