Can I upgrade Vista Business 64 to Windows 7 Professional?

I plan to upgrade my laptop which currently running 64-bit Windows Vista Business. Is it possible I can just buy the upgrade version Of Windows 7 Professional from Amazon to upgrade my notebook? Is the Windows 7 Upgrade included the 64bit version? thanks.
