Can I resize a hard drive?

Hello, I have a question, can I resize my hard drive (C) and transfer more space to hard drive (D)? (C) has 292 GB of memory and the other has 405 GB. I want to shrink (C) to have a maximum of 200 GB and I want my (D) to have 497 GB. They are both "one drive", so I know it should be possible, I just don't know how. I use Windows 7, laptop Acer Aspire 5733 if that helps.

I did that with EaseUS partition manager.
