SOLVED BT 500 Bluetooth usb wireless adapter

Please help. the BT 500 Bluetooth usb wireless adapter worked perfectly with XP. this device was used to print wirelessly on my wireless HP8500 printer.
With W7, I'm unable to do this. any help?

There are only 32-bit drivers for it; if you are running 64-bit you may need a new adapter or you may be able to get it to work through virtual XP mode if you can set up a virtual PC/VirtualBox for WinXP

thanks for the response. Eventually sorted the problem out by reloading the drivers from the utility cd.
