The sticks' rates are not matching. Remove either Huyndai or Samsung, then load setup defaults in the bios, save, reboot, and enjoy. :)

Samsung 800Mhz 6-6-6-18
Hyundai 800Mhz 5-5-5-18

Load setup defaults or set DRAM manually -- Hyundai 800Mhz 5-5-5-18.

I tried defaults, tried set manually to 700Mhz(its max value in bios) and its not work, CPU-Z shows me 333Mhz values, maybe better to buy new sticks? For example 4x Original Samsung DDR-II DIMM 2Gb <PC2-6400>. How i see in CPU-Z in Memory Slots "Max Badwidth - PC2-6400 (400Mhz)", so they cant work on 800Mhz?

Looks like your motherboard does not support DDR800, you need new ram if it doesn't.

Great, then you should have DRAM 800Mhz value in the bios. Set it 800Mhz 5-5-5-18, save, reboot and enjoy. :)
I done it. Set timing 5-5-5-18, 700Mhz(max), but CPU-Z still show that it works 333Mhz.

DRAM 700Mhz won't work right, your settings are 800Mhz 5-5-5-18.

1. Upgrade bios to the latest
2. Look up in the bios manual, or get someone to help you.

Until you get the right settings, it'll be crashing.

Ah, 700 value its not memory frequency, its cpu bus or smth like that :D , now i set memory frequency to 800 but it works 400Mhz, how i see from sticks details on CPU-Z its max, but! i now listen a weird sounds from my PC. Should i set it to 333 or sounds will gone? And if i bought 8GB Ram works on 800Mhz frequency is it much better than i have now? (4gb 400(333)MHz). Now i have 70% free RAM memory so, i think i can stay on 4GB?

Right. :)

----> Now ensure you haven't messed up your FSB.

Exactly what "weird sounds" are you talking about?

400Mhz Double Data Rate is 800Mhz effective. :D

Reattach the memory tab, let me see.
