First off, upgrade to W7, Service Pack 1. SP1 includes numerous hotfixes that may resolve your issues.

Also run a complete virus scan in safe mode without networking.

If you still have a problem after you do that then zip up and attach your DMP files (C:\Windows\Minidump\102412-18064-01.dmp).
