Bsod windows blinking

i M using WINDOWS 7 RC.

i m faing a strange problem.
THe screen flickers everytime.
The icons get dissaper-appear.
& so on it goes each & everytime.
The Windows also arent proper, it flickers & then the whole window becomes BlACK.When i hover the mouse over the black windows the part of the original window comes into picture.
Here this is the Screenshot of the window which i managed to capture :

& then sometimes SUDDENLY BSOD {BLUE SCREEN of DEATH COMES.}

i DOnt know why is this happening.

Due to this problem io recently Re-installed my WINDOWS 7 RC

But the same problem occours.

So Can anybody PlS> help me out in here ?

Have you updated to the latest BIOS for your motherboard?

You're using a somewhat older nVidia card. Download the latest driver for it and install.

Did you load the latest drivers for your motherboard?

Was this a clean install?

It appears to be a video card or chipset problem. Make sure you have all the latest drivers for your hardware. If you upgraded a clean install will work better. You stated you used a RC version of Windows 7. If possible try to get a hold of the RTM version or retail or OEM.
