BSOD: Systerm service exception

My monitor suddenly become "blurred" with a lot of colors and then blue screen :/

It has occurred several times but I don't know what is causing the problem. Did system restore and reinstalling kaspersky, but still no help >.<

Thanks everyone for having time to look at this :)

Additional info:
My Firefox has been crashing a lot due to adobe flash player... not sure if that helps

Hmmm...start with installing the latest drivers for your graphics card.
