Hi guys, I'm new here, and found the forum searching for any clue to solve my problem.

I tried to look on how to read the dump files, but I'm no technician and couldn't unerstand. I have already updated my drivers (VGA, MOBO, etc) but the BSOD stills happening

Please, I'm sending my dump files so you can check what can be causing the BSOD randomly.

Last time it happened I could note the kind of error:
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x3B

My system is a new one, with exception of the HDDs

Phenom II X6 1090T
Gigabyte GA 880GM-UD2H Rev 1.4 Bios F8
8Gb (2x 4Gb) Kingston DDRIII 1333
500Gb HDD SATA Seagate BARRACUDA
160Gb HDD SATA Samsung
PSU Thermaltake 600W

Can some one helpme? I'd appreciate for any solutions

Thanks!

Hi st230 and Welcome to the Forum.

STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes:
System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

Your latest dump file lists ntkrnlmp.exe as the probable cause. This is a Windows System file and for it to be the cause of your crash is highly unlikely.
Receiving various stop error codes may indicate a hardware problem.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.

As a Priority:

gdrv.sys Fri Mar 13 03:22:29 2009 Gigabyte Easy Saver. If you cannot update this then uninstall it.

Your Kaspersky is seriously outdated, some drivers from 2008. Update to the latest version. Also to note:
Kaspersky can, on rare occasions, contribute to BSOD's on some Windows 7 systems.
Uninstall Kaspersky if your blue screens continue with the Removal tool for Kaspersky and download BSOD friendly Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled. Once your blue screen issues are resolved feel free to re-install an up to date Kaspersky set up.

It would be as well to run some hardware diagnostics. Starting with (your words) the old hard drives. Some links can be found here.

Just a question...

Should I remove Live Essentials before reinstalling Kaspersky again? (after all the BSOD has gone off course)

Thanks again

Yes, I'd advise to. I have Defender sat in the background on my PC and I start it up once a week to update it then disable it again. Just in case my main defence (ESET) goes awry. I'm not sure you can do that with MSE.

Well, It seems that the problem is solved!

Since I've uninstalled the EasySaver and Kaspersky, no BSOD whatsoever until now.

I'll still be testing for one or two more days, just to be sure.

I know that you would recommend ESET since its the AV that you use, but what other can you recomend? I don't want "internet securities" kind of stuff (is this extremely recommendable?)

ESET for my country (Brazil) costs a lot more than Kaspersky and other AVs
(R$80,00 vs R$ 60,00 local money, equivalent to US$ 51,00 vs US$38,00 ). Does it worth the difference?

And thanks again for all the help!

I'd give it a week before thinking all was clear. Then you could try the latest Kaspersky. If it BSOD's pretty much straight away then you'll have a good idea that Kaspersky is not for you! I'd also agree with Shadowalks comment that MSE is good, and free. That and the free (or paid) Malwarebytes for a weekly scan should cover your security needs.

ESET is one I came across a few years back and it suited me (sir!!), Recommending AV's is likely to make you wish you'd stuck your head in a hornets nest instead! If you're thinking of buying a.n.other AV set up though, I'd ask about for ones with known issues (at the moment) with Windows 7.

HTH.

I'll give a try on the MSE, at least for a while. After, I think I'm gonna back to KAV.

For now, case solved and no more BSODs! Thanks again!
