BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Stop code 0x0000003B

Hi

I have been having random problems with this BSOD error code for a while and I don't know what is causing it. It doesn't happen al the time but the most recent time is when I have just turned my laptop back on again.

I have looked online for some way to try and resolve the issue but can't get any real answers. I'm not very computer savvy so any fixes will need to be explained in basic terms.

Please see How to get BSOD assistance. You will need to zip and attach your DMPs and also please provide the CPU-Z info about your computer. You should also run a safe mode virus scan as explained in that thread.

If you put the .dmp files in a zip, then upload them to the forum we can help.
