BSOD system service exception

hi all,

i've been having some problems with my windows 7. on startup, it tends to freeze and crash on the first few attemps. i have installed a new microsoft sindewinder X4 keyboard, but thats it. it crashes at random and havent been able to pinpoint. i have have the minidump file but it wont allow me to upload. can someone please help??

But essentially, the .dmp file needs to be put in a zip file then uploaded. Just be aware that you might have a full memory dump.
What is the size of the .dmp file?

1/ Please download and run Windows Defender Offline. It will create a CD / DVD / USB and will boot and scan your hard drive offline.
2/ Download and run TDSSKiller.
3/ Install Malwarebytes (Free Version) and scan your computer.
4/ Please update the computer spec part of your profile so that we know what kind of hardware you have.
