I'm not a BSOD expert but hopefully one will be along in the next day or so. In the meantime, please follow the instructions in the rest of that thread, such as running a virus scan in safe mode and providing more information about the history of your computer such as how long have you had it? Have you installed new hardware/software? How long have you been experiencing the BSODs?

i'm sorry btu i dont understand what u mean by following the instructions on that thread, I have not had the computer long (9-10 months), have not really installed new software / hardwre just games mainly, I have had the BSOD's for about a month, it seems to crash when the computer is idle, I left it on for 6-7 hours today and it crashed 12-13 times, I use avast antivirus, iobit mallware fighter, and advance system care for maintenance.

I don't know how to access the minidump files so i dont know what they mean, I open them up in notepad and just get junk across the screen. I really can't think what could cause this problem and beg for someone to help me as I really dont want to format the computer.

Thanks

What I mean is: Download TDSSKiller and RKill from our Freeware DB. Then reboot your system into safe mode without networking (Reboot and, when it says "Starting Windows," Press F8; If you get a message asking continue in safe mode or perform a system restore, choose continue in safe mode).

Now, in safe mode, run TDSSKiller and after that run RKill and after that run a full AVAST virus scan. The first two will take maybe 5 minutes each but a full virus scan can take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours depending on your hard drive size and number of files.

It appears to be Autocare.exe that is causing your problems:
