Hey.
First, you'll want to uninstall RivaTuner in the normal method to get rid of this driver:
Code:
RivaTuner64 RivaTuner64.sys Tue Jul 17 15:13:42 2007
You can install the latest version of it after and that should have a driver date of 2009 or 2010.
----------------
You'll want to get this driver off the system for sure.
Code:
ET5Drv ET5Drv.sys Wed Nov 29 01:32:57 2006
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and delete it. Then use Ccleaner to clean the registry.
Reboot.
----------------
The Marvell Yukon network driver can use an update for sure:
Code:
yk62x64 yk62x64.sys Mon Feb 23 10:02:27 2009
You can visit your motherboard manufacturer's website for a new version to install.
----------------
Definitely uninstall Daemon Tools. Then use this installer/uninstaller to remove sptd.sys. It is notorious for crashing Windows 7:
DuplexSecure - Downloads
I recommend PowerIso for disc emulation. The emulation of the software remains free forever.

If you still have problems, uninstall TuneUp Utilities in the normal method.
Good luck and enjoy. Let us know how it goes...
