Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory.

atikmdag.sys as the probable cause.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7.

Reset OC's to default until your system is stable.
If blue screens continue:
Avira is known to be a cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems.
Uninstall Avira and download BSOD friendly
Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled!
