SOLVED BSOD System Service Exception 0x0000003B

My system is having this BSOD error everytime i load up my desktop, usually loading up a few startup programs then having the bluescreen. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Amd Phenom II 1055t 2.8GHz
Asus m5a99x evo
6GB RAM DDR3 1066MHz
Nvidia GTS 450 1GB GDDR5

Not an expert but I think Dump points to USB driver

All these look out-of-date:
secdrv.SYS - Macrovision driver & security risk - remove?
wg111v3.sys - Important to update! Netgear wireless USB driver
lirsgt.sys - tagesprotection.com - known issues - remove?
nvflsh64.sys & nvoclk64.sys - update your NVidia drivers!
vcsvad.sys - Avnex Ltd. Virtual Audio Device - Update?

Nevermind, i was unable to find a solution in the meantime of waiting for a reply and fixed the issue by reinstalling my Windows 7.
