This is the first time I have had any BSODs on my 2-yr old Dell XPS M1330, and now cannot get past a few seconds on my home screen before the BSOD hits. I am sending this in safe mode as there are no issues there. I noticed that after the home screen comes on there is a pause, I assume for other programs, et al, to boot. The cursor is the arrow at first, but as soon as it begins to process something, the BSOD happens.
I have attached a zipped minidump, and also wrote down the following:
Problem Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033
BCCCode: 1000008e
BCP1: C0000005
BCP2: 837E3487
BCP3: AAA8AF7C
BCP4: 00000000
OSVersion: 6_1_7601
: 1_0
: 768_1
I have run malwarebytes and a PC optimizer, but that didn't do anything.
I am sunk and would appreciate whatever help you can provide.
thank you
