First off, here's a link to another topic I had.

A quick TLDR version of that topic:
  • Blue screens
  • "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" error on the BSoD
  • Re-installed OS (Windows Vista Home Premium x64)
  • Computer would randomly freeze 10-30 seconds into playing WoW (Sound would just bug and replay the same 0.1 seconds of sound over and over)
  • Fixed that, started getting BSoD'd again
  • The error this time was "SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION"
  • It was said it may be RAM or my HDD

Since then I've:
  • Turned off the paging file for a bit, it didn't error when the paging file was off (Although I didn't have it off for long)
  • I turned the paging file back on and it ran fine for like a week
  • It started freezing up, however, it would freeze but still have audio, then go blank screens, audio out, ~5 seconds, audio back on, then video back on
  • I downloaded CoD:MW and everytime I've tried to play it the computer freezes completely
  • And just a few minutes ago I got another BSoD with "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" with the file "atikmdag.sys"

I have yet to run tests on my HDD (Using this "Ultimate Boot CD" thing I found) however my HDD is from Seagate and I used their diagnostics tool and nothing came up.
I've also ran "Windows Memory Diagnostics" and nothing came up either.

My motherboard, if this is correct, is a Gigabyte MA785G-UD3H.
Minidump is attached.

The crash was blamed on your video card driver, but these are written fairly well and I really think that's less than likely. I see other potential issues that we can take care of, which is usually a successful approach.

There is a very slightly newer video card driver you can install, which I always recommend because it's always good:

Drivers & Support | GAME.AMD.COM

------

Uninstall all all motherboard utilities such as EasyTune etc..

This should remove gdrv.sys which is unnecessary and has caused problems for others:

Code:
gdrv gdrv.sys Thu Mar 12 23:22:29 2009
-------

Remove AVG in safe mode using the special tool found here:

AV Uninstallers - Windows 7 Forums

Then reboot to normal mode and install MSE as a replacement. It will never bsod, an doesn't slow down the system nearly as much. It's better on resources.

--------

Install the latest Realtek HD Audio driver:

Code:
RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Fri Mar 12 16:47:03 2010
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads...=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

------

Uninstall notorious Daemon Tools in the normal method. Then use the installer/uninstaller found here to remove the notorious sptd.sys:

DuplexSecure - Downloads

I recommend PowerISO instead, since it is perfectly stable. http://PowerISO.com

-------

If it still hasn't solved, then uninstall ZoneAlarm.

I'm installing the newest Catalyst Control Center at the moment.

I don't know of any motherboard related programs I have.

I will uninstall AVG and reinstall using the one you provided.
I will also install the latest Realtek.

I don't even know what Daemen Tools is, and it's not showing in Add/Remove.
I will download DuplexSecure and I don't need any kind of ISO at the moment.

After all this, should I try to run CoD:MW to try and "force" my computer to see if it freezes up while playing that?

(If I didn't mention, everytime I try to play CoD:MW my computer will just freeze up 10 seconds into the game and I have to hold the reset button in)

EDIT: Also assuming MSE is Microsoft Security Essentials

Instead of Daemon Tools, you might have Alcohol 120.

The best results then would simply be to run the sptd.sys uninstaller I linked to at DuplexSecure.

Yeah, after the changes, play as much as you want. If it crashes, post a new crash dump and we'll see if they were all successful updates.

Yes, correct about MSE.

Alrighty.
I did everything on that list (As far as I know) and I got about one and a half games of CoD in before I shot, the sound, "buzzed" while everything was frozen, then the sound stopped and everything was still frozen.

There was no BSoD however, just the whole computer froze up.

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers

Rename gdrv.sys to gdrv.BAK

Reboot and run/use Ccleaner to clean the registry.

Try the game again.

Do you know which power supply you have or its maximum wattage rating?

My apologies. I ran a quick command in the dump to see where it's at. It's actually not in the normal driver folder, but C:\Windows instead. Please delete it at that location instead, to follow my previous post.

Code:
1: kd> lmvm gdrv
start end module name
fffffa60`0df70000 fffffa60`0df79000 gdrv (deferred)
    Image path: \??\C:\Windows\gdrv.sys
    Image name: gdrv.sys

Deleting it now, then running Ccleaner after I reboot, then will try to play again.

EDIT: I have an "Antec 750 watt" power supply.
On the side it has "NVIDIA SLI-ready certified (Could this be a problem since I'm using Crossfire?), 80 PLUS certified, Up to 85% efficiency without any reduction in performance, Active PFC, Universal Input, Four + 12V rails".

EDITEDIT: Tried playing CoD again, it crashed only after a mere ~30 seconds.

Install ATI Tray Tools from the following link. Use to to set the fan speed to max while playing as a test to see if any crashes occur. If none after some time, reboot and play again without setting the fan speed to see if it's alright like this.

http://rapidshare.com/files/413768143/attsetup1.6.x.rar

Also patch the game to latest if not already.

(To set fan speed in ATI Tray Tools, right click the icon in the system tray near the clock, choose hardware then overclock settings. Change to the fan tab. Click the Manual Speed radio button. Drag the slider to 100 then hit apply.)

--------

If issues persist, download from guru3d.com and then run from safe mode: Driver Sweeper. Use it to remove all ATI/AMD video driver/settings/software.

Reboot to normal mode and re-install the latest driver again that you did before.

--------

The power supply is good and not an issue.

If there's a new crash dump ever, please post. If none happen, then that in itself is an excellent sign of progress.

It froze up again, even with the fan at 100.
I'm going to download that Driver Sweeper (Do all the sweep in Safe Mode) and then re-install Catalyst Control Center (Install all this in normal mode).

EDIT: Having a problem finding Driver Sweeper, could you help?

Okay, the options in Driver Sweeper were:
ATI - Display, Creative - Sound, Microsoft - Mouse, NVIDIA - Chipset, NVIDIA - Display, NVIDIA - PhysX, or Realtek - Sound.

I only checked ATI - Display, and re-installed my Catalyst Control Center.
So now I should try playing CoD again without accelerating the fan speed or anything, right?

EDIT: Also, sorry for not using Google there, I've Googled everything else along the way except that, go figure.
And thank you for your help thus far, I immensely appreciate it.

(Gonna sneek in some sleep time, I'll check this in a few hours when I wake up.
Again, thanks for your help so far, hope we {you, lol} can resolve this!)

I've played 3-4 games now with no freezing.
"Normal" fan speed, I guess it would be.

Going to play more later when I get home to see.

Just got a BSoD while playing WoW.

Don't know if it's related to these other problems, but here goes.

"PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
STOP: 0x00000050
dxgkrnl.sys - Address FFFFFA600611BD31 base at FFFFFA600604D000, Datestamp 4abc1c73"

You haven't follow the previous advice about gdrv.sys and/or removing the motherboard utilities. Please do so.

----------

Somehow now you also have this very old driver on the system:

DRIVER_BIN64 DRIVER_BIN64 Tue Jul 31 22:05:51 2007

That's an ATI Tray Tools driver. Uninstall ATI Tray Tools as what you're using is too old.

------

Your Microsoft Windows 7 driver cdfs.sys has been overwritten by some shoddy software to make it a 2008 version instead. Open an elevated command prompt. Type the following command then press enter:

sfc /scannow

I deleted gdrv.sys.
I deleted it before, somehow it was back on my system.

I don't know what "motherboard utilities" you are talking about, sorry.
I'd need help to know what things to delete/remove etc.

I deleted "Rays ATI Tray Tools".

I don't use Windows 7, but I did the "sfc /scannow" thing anyways, it's currently running.

Here's another minidump (two, actually), I crashed before I did the previously mentioned things.

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers

Delete DRIVER_BIN64.sys

Reboot.

------

You can Google gdrv.sys to find out all the apps that might have installed it. Then look at what you have installed. When you find any matches, uninstall.

There's no "DRIVER_BIN64.sys", but I did find the file that was on the BSoD, "dxgkrnl.sys".

EDIT: On that cmd thing;
"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."
