BSOD netio.sys when use firefox, opera,...not ie

I get BSOD in win 7 sp1 64bits.
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x000000D1 NETIO.SYS first in FFFFF8800108D230 but in FFFFF880016DE230, FFFFF880017C7230, FFFFF880017BD230 AND FFFFF8800162F230.

I updated all drivers and install uniblue powersuite, PCCleanerPro, and SpeedyPC Pro.
I have installed Advanced SystemCare with Antivirus and Panda GlobalProtection 2013 and more.

Only get BSOD browsing with WaterFox, Nightly, Opera, ... Not with ie.

Any solution? Thanks in advanced.
