SOLVED BSOD Help

Hi guys I need help, my laptop keeps crashing "bad_pool_header" I've updated various drivers including the chipset.

It seem to crash when plugging in a USB stick, but it also crashes on its own too.

I have sent it back to Toshiba but they said there was no fault found with the hardware, didnt really help.

Any ideas

theres 2 possibilities bad memory can check by using memtest. the second the power supply

Hey kevyb (love your name by the way) can you post a screen shot of the spd tab. I think you did the cpu tab in error. Cybercore needs the spd tab.

The memory settings look right, 533 Mhz 7-7-7-20.


If you have no idea what they are and can't find them in Control Panel >> Programs and Components, then navigate to C:\Windows\system32\drivers and rename these two files to .old:
