Alright, you have unusual issues. Your page file is too small. Please set it so Windows handles its size instead of manual settings. Also, make sure that wherever it's located has enough empty drive space.
Unfortunately, you also have a 0x124 hardware error in there. Let's see if we can do some things.
Remove Norton/Symantec in safe mode with the special tool found here:

Replace with MSE after booting to normal mode. It will never cause bsod.
