BSOD error

Hey fellas, this is my first post in this forum. Actually i came a long way and now i am here hoping that i might get the solution for my problem.
Basically i have a problem of BSOD error-
UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME
Stop 0x000000ED (0xFFFFFA800351B060,0xFFFFFFFFC0000185,0x0000000000000000,0x0000000000000000)
i have tried the advanced boot options: Repair your computer and also Last known good configuration but unfortunately none is working for me.
Neither i want to loose my stuff. So plaese help me out to get out of this. I am using Dell Studio 1555 Windows 7 Ultimate Core 2 Duo(2.2 GHz) 3GB RAM 512 ATI graphics 320GB HDD. Please guys, reply soon, its relly urgent.

Can you get in to windows at all?

What brand is your hard drive? Seagate, Samsung??

The problem is i can't get into windows at all. The system restarts before it can show up with the desktop. So, its not possible to upload those minidump files. Also i dont know the hard disk brand. The thing is i never had a need to know that.

Then use the Windows 7 DVD and try to repair the installation.

Do you heart the drive spin up?
