Shintaro Moderator Joined Mar 1, 2012 Messages 2,134 Reaction score 252 May 20, 2012 #4 You should update all the drivers, but start with the Chipset, LAN and wireless drivers from the Windows 7 64Bit Drivers section. http://www.drivertoshiba.com/satellite-pro-drivers/toshiba-satellite-pro-u500-windows-7-drivers.html I am not sure which Wireless driver you need, Intel or Atheros. You'll have have a look on your system. What also would help is what are you doing before the Blue screen appears, playing a game, watching a movie online? Hope this helps.
