BSOD/crashes

I had this problem a few months ago, and after a bit of tinkering and help from these forums it was solved. Now it is happening again, and again I come here for help. I have updated drivers up the wazoo but it keeps happening. It can be during world of warcraft, counter strike, browing firefox, etc.
