I have recently been experiencing a bad_pool_header BSOD.
I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
It can be reproduced consistently by opening firefox and navigating to a website, but it also occurs randomly during use. It does not seem to happen if i just leave my computer running.
I have attached the system dumps.
BlueScreenView is saying that it is caused by ntfs.sys, ntoskrnl.exe, win32k.sys.
Here is some more info that is displayed when the system restarts from the crash:
