after running some years with W7 without any major problems on my ASUS notebook, I recently always get a BSOD 3b immediately after windows sart-up processes seem to have finished. This is no intermittent failure but happens every time after start-up. I'm not aware of having installed a new program.
Fortunately the system seems to be stable when starting in secured mode I could save some diagnostics incl. a minidump:
