BSOD 0x0000003B System Service Exception!

Hi. Straight to the point; my computer gets blue screens every so often, like once a day.

On the blue screen, it says:

SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION

0x0000003B


Slot 3 and 4 are clickable, but the entries are greyed out.


What could be wrong? Please help!! I am desperate :(


Specs:

MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
AMD Athlon II X4 635 Processor
4GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
