Bluetooth peripheral device driver

I am using Windows 7 64bit system, when I tried to pair my Nokia C1 to my PC it shows a message that "Bluetooth peripheral device driver not found".How can I get installed this driver?

Is the Bluetooth a USB device or is it built in?

If built in what is the PC's make and model?
If a USB device what is the device's make and model?
