Bluetooth Dongle Frustration

I recently bought a Bluetooth dongle and am having problems with the driver for "Bluetooth peripheral device". it is not installing and i am not able to transfer files from and to my mobile device.
plz help me !! Or my Dongle goes to waste....:"banghead:

Does this Bluetooth device have a brand name?
What is the make and model of your device?

However, I do not know for sure if it will work for your device without knowing the maker.

It will probably work. I use bluetooth on multiple computers while always using the same drivers, even though the dongles are different.

Try it. Also, didn't it come with an installation CD? If it didn't work,did you try going to the manufacturer of the dongle to download the appropriate drivers?
