Hi nugg3n and Welcome to The Forum.

STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes:
Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

Your latest dump file indicates memory corruption as the probable cause which usually indicates out of date Drivers or Bad Memory.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.

As a Priority:

sptd.sys Sun Oct 11 21:54:02 2009 The sptd.sys driver is notorious for causing BSOD's with Windows 7. It's a driver used and installed along with Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120 which you'll also have to uninstall.
Then use the correct (32bit or 64bit) download from Duplex Secure - Downloads to uninstall the SPTD.SYS driver.
Make sure to select the uninstall button! DO NOT SELECT INSTALL!!

Norton is known to be a cause of BSOD's on Windows 7 systems. I suggest that you uninstall Norton using the Norton Removal Tool in Safe Mode. Download Blue Screen friendly Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled!

  • Download and run CPU-Z. Take screenshots/snips of the Memory tab and all the slot#'s under the SPD tab.
  • Go to Post Reply, click on Go Advanced button and attach the screenshots to your post for all the RAM experts to see by using the paper clip you will find on the top toolbar. Do not zip them up.
If blue screens continue:

Run Memtest86+ overnight, after your computer has been off for about an hour or two so it has a cold start. Ideally let it run for at least 7 passes / 6-8 hours. If errors appear before that you can stop that particular test.
Note!! Any time Memtest86+ reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad Mobo slot. Test RAM sticks individually. When you find a good one then test it in all slots. Post back with the results.Outdated Drivers. Update:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000014, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: 834a0f7d, address which referenced memory

Here is the screenshot i puted both of the Slots in one pic, and thx alot haven't got any BSOD after new antivirus software and removed the driver(daemon tools) yet :D.
I'm going to update the drivers and check RAM too to be sure that i won't get more BSODs.

STOP 0x000000FC: ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY (go to top of page)
Usual causes: Device driver

Your latest dump file lists dxgmms1.sys as the probable cause. This is a graphics related driver.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.

As a Priority:

Can you please post a screenshot/snip of the CPU-Z Memory tab.

As well as the drivers in my post above:

AODDriver2.s AMD Overdrive/EasyTune6 Has issues with Windows 7. Uninstall

AsIO.sys Mon Aug 03 08:02:32 2009 ASUS Probe Utility. Has issues with Windows 7. Uninstall.

A few of your dmp files do mention graphics. It may be an idea to re-set your graphics drivers.

AMD Graphics Drivers

  • Download and install Driver Sweeper.
  • Uninstall your current Graphics setup through Programs and Features
  • Boot to Safe Mode
  • Run Driver Sweeper to clean up the remnants of your current Graphics set up.
  • Reboot to Normal Mode.
  • Install your new Graphics set up.
