blue screen

I can not access my laptop. After i windows boot, it will display blue screen and began memory dump. It is display "BAD SYSTEM CONFIG".

Can you boot in safemode (F8)?

Can you boot from the win 7 dvd?

System specs please. My crystal ball is in for repair.

I can do f8 but to make it safe mode it will not work, it dump the memory. And boot with dvd w7, its the same thing, it will not continue.
My laptop specs are:
Dell vostro 3300
hhd 320gb
ram 4gb
windows7 home premium 32 bits
