Blue Screen Problem

Hi! I've been searching for a solution to my problem for a long time, but I'm tired amd this seems a nice forum.

My problem is, I haven't used my computer for a long time now, but my sister did, and she kept forgetting to shut it off at night. So now, in my holidays I wanted to play some games, but, surprise! I can't because every 5 or 10 minutes a bluescreen appears. I took a photo of the problem:

My question is, could it be the new antivirus my sister installed (JustAnotherCleaner or smth like that lol) which I can't erase because of the bluescreens, drivers, dust in my pc? What can I do?

Boot your computer into Safe Mode (Shut the computer down and turn it back on. Press F8 as it is booting, if you see the spinning windows logo you missed it and will have to try again.).

Once in safe mode uninstall "Yet Another Cleaner" (YAC).

Did uninstalling YAC fix the problem?
