I have been getting a blue screen error after the start of PC, what I should do to cop with it. I am getting it on and off, some one told me to change the RAM? should I?

Without seeing the DMP files from your bluescreen it is pointless for us to guess whether the issue is RAM. The most common errors are caused by bad drivers and since those are available free from the hardware manufacturers it is usually best to try updating those first, but again a DMP file may point directly to what is wrong.
