SOLVED blue screen(dumping physical memory to storage)

I use windows 7 home premium 32bit .my internet connection is very slow so i used TCP optimizer but when i installed it work properly for 4-5days but after some time when i used internet my laptop suddenly closes everything and showed blue screen with a process going on "dumping physical memory to storage ".when my laptop restarts it showed the issue "blue screen". when i removed TCP optimizer it all worked properly .please help why this occured ? because when i use any other internet booster the same thing happens .

Give us a little more information about your crashes:

1. Crash files .dmp's from C:\Windows\Minidump.
2. TWO screenshots of CPUZ MEMORY and CPU tabs
3. PASSMARK RAMMon HTML.zip
