Block on Shutdown...!!!

when i want to shutdown my PC i get this screen.. and i have to push force shut button there.. (left one)


what should i do??

It just means there are some programs running the background is all. It looks like the Opera browser is still open, which will cause that screen to appear.

Close all open programs and browsers and you should be okay. Normal stuff that usually appears in the system tray at start up is okay to be left running.
