Black Borders

I know its been an issue already but i need the info to be breaken down Barney style... just yesterday i decided to upgrade to microsoft windows 7 home premium SPI 64bit.. i have an alienware computer with a nvidia graphics card... how do i get the 4 black borders out??

Did you adjust your screen sizes with your monitor? Set their geometry if your monitor gives you that functionality.
